These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the podcast
studio provided by Workhive Office Ltd ("the Company") and the individual or entity hiring the studio ("the Client"). By booking and using the podcast studio, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

a.  All bookings must be made through our website. Bookings will be confirmed via email by the Company.

b.  Invoicing and payment details to be provided by the client at the time of booking. This shall include a postal address, email address and contact number.

c.  The company will invoice the client at any time after the completion of the session.

d.  Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice

Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Cancellation requests must be made via our website booking system

b.If a cancellation is made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled booking, the Client will be liable for 50% of the total agreed price.

c.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will result in the Client being liable for the full agreed price.

Session length:

a.  The length of the recording session is based on the time slot you have booked.

b.  If you require additional time, you must request it in advance and it will be subject to availability and an additional fee.

c.  If you finish the recording before the end of the booked time slot, you will not be entitled to a refund or reduction in the fee.

Studio Rules and Conduct:

a.  No smoking is permitted within the studio premises.

b.  The Client is responsible for the behavior and conduct of all individuals present during the studio hire, ensuring they adhere to any guidelines provided by the Company.

c.  The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the studio or its equipment due to negligence or misuse by themselves or their guests, and agrees to bear the cost of repair or replacement.

d.  You must follow the instructions of the studio engineer and abide by their decisions regarding the recording process.

Intellectual Property:

a.The intellectual property rights in any material you create or record at our studio belong to you.

Content Standards:

The material you create or record at our studio must not;
Be illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.

Infringe on any third-party's intellectual property rights.

Be defamatory, obscene, or offensive.

Promote violence or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or age

Health and Safety:

a. The Client and their guests must comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines provided by the Company.

b. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any individual who poses a risk to the safety of themselves, others, or the studio equipment.

Liability:

a. The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the Client, their guests, or their property during the use of the studio.

b. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the studio.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the studio is located.

b. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

By booking and using the podcast studio, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
